I wanted to say a thank you

to MomSelect and Disneyland for sending my family to Disneyland this past weekend. We had so much fun!!

We moved!

Amanda here, I am so excited to share with everyone about my move. That is why I have not been online the past week. We moved. Into our OWN home!

I am just in love with my house too. I plan on doing a "video walk through" tomorrow. LOL!

Sarah the pre-schooler

This past week not only did Samantha start Kindergarten, but Sarah started pre-school.

At first I was little skeptical because she is only 22 months but I am so surprised at how much she already learned in ONE WEEK!

In school they are learning about shapes. For the past few days she has been pointing to everything that is shaped as a circle and telling us "circle"

Our children are learning so much every day!

Even Kai is learning to write her name!

The Day Finally Came

Samantha is now officially a Kindergartner. Today was Samantha's very first day at school. She was so excited and ready to learn. Of course she didn't realize today was just orientation, and it was only an hour long, but none the less, she had a wonderful day.

Sam is so excited to have her Grandma as her teacher.

Summer Activities!

So far I have kept Samantha pretty busy with activities. Here are just a few of the things she has done!

We started our summer by going to the girl's G-G's pool






Then we went to the beach for a week.





The past two weeks we had swim lessons.

That is Samantha in the water swimming to Kate the teacher



Sarah had swim class too. We did Mommy & Me.






Every Tuesday is Ballet for Sam. (stays on Tuesday's in the fall as well)


This is what cracks me up, while all the little girls are doing their Plié what does Sam do? pose for the camera LOL!

Oh and piano lessons. We started her back in May and she has learned so much! She takes private lessons with Sandy. Sandy is so patient and good!

Sleeping Baby Girl!

This evening I have been busy blogging and checking out all of my mommy friends! Talking to Kristin about her Attack Of The Roomba. Can I say ewww, although I did laugh really hard, and that brought on a coughing spell. Yeah I am suffering from a massive sinus infection.

Anyways, so tonight while doing my rounds and catching up with my Mommy Blogger friends I looked over the railing to the loft and saw this on our couch (sorry the quality is bad, I took it with my cell phone)

Meet Amanda

Amanda is a full time stay at home mom to two very energetic little girls. Samantha is five and loves ballet, Sarah is two and wants to do everything her big sister does. Amanda is always on the go with her kids and loves to share her life experiences through her blog, mommymandy. She is married to her high school sweetheart, his name is Patrick. They met while doing a church choir function called The Singing Christmas Tree. Patrick and the girls are Amanda's inspiration in life. They live in sunny California, but one day would love to move back East. In her spare time she loves to make hair bows and headbands for her girls and her friends. She also loves to scrapbook and recently found digital scrap booking. She loves to give her advice on style and on products she loves. She loves to share all the fun and interesting things going on with her family and can not wait to have another little one (this time they are hoping for a boy).
