My kids aren't too big on sandwiches, but sometimes they'll eat a pb+j. My son enjoys hot pockets and this year, for the first time, he will be aloud to use the microwave at school! My daughter likes salads, chips and salsa, and various other "healthy snacks" put together to form a lunch. I've also had to deal with the problem of neither of my children liking milk. My son eats lots of yoghurts and both my kids eat lots of cheese. Thanks!

My Miss M loves a cold homemade chicken pasta salad with a sweet mustard dressing that I make quite often for her. It's packed with veggies, so I don't have to worry about her not getting enough. I usually pack up a big bunch of grapes and some cubed cheddar cheese to go along with it.
