Azul Hotels by Karisma, recently announced the launch of its new Family & Friends Vacation Planner (FFVP), part of the Gourmet Inclusive program, and its Free Family & Friends Vacation Planner Package, beginning June 15, 2008. The FFVP team will orchestrate perfect agendas for families and groups to enjoy relaxing, fun-filled vacations at Azul Beach Hotel by Karisma, Azul Sensatori Hotel, and Azul Fives Hotel. To celebrate the FFVP launch, Azul Hotels by Karisma presents its Free Family & Friends Vacation Planner Package that includes room assignments, a personalized itinerary given at check-in, one dinner reservation with a set a la carte menu guaranteed for up to 20 people, constant communication informing the family of trip updates, and brochures for each attendee with a welcome letter for each guests, introducing the hotel and destination. Guests can also take advantage of additional offerings including spa parties; private cooking classes; round robin tennis tournaments; private Olympic games; personalized polo shirts, hats and beach bags; beach barbeques; and cocktail receptions. The FFVP Package is valid with a reservation of five rooms or more.

Azul Beach Resort by Karisma is designed especially to bring families together. Azul Beach Resort has conjured every possible amenity for the entire family including in-room play pens, child size bath robes, professional nanny service, strollers, bath toys, an exclusive kid’s only pool. At Azul Sensatori Hotel by Karisma – will be opening Oct. 1, 2008 along the beautiful Bahia Petempich in the Riviera Maya. Perfect for families, Azul Sensatori Family Jacuzzi Suite and Family Jacuzzi Ocean View Suite rooms will comfortably sleep two adults and three children, or three adults and one child, with guaranteed connecting rooms for groups traveling together. All suites will offer a private queen-sized bedroom area, a double sofa bed and one single sofa bed. With contemporary Caribbean architecture, stunning ocean views, six gourmet restaurants, nightly live music, an unprecedented staff-to-guest ratio and the convenience of cash-free transactions, guests will experience a Gourmet Inclusive vacation that will not soon be forgotten.
Complete with state-of-the-art interactive gaming areas, the Azul Sensatori Teen’s Club is a hip, low-key zone for teens 13 to 17 years old to take in the “night life” and get some time away from their elders. Club features include high-speed Internet stations, air hockey, billiards, a daily activities program, nightly entertainment, a discotheque, Wii, Guitar Hero, NEOS and more. Teens can also enjoy a wide variety of non-alcoholic beverages and savory snacks at the club’s “Teen Corner,” open until 1:00 a.m.

Accommodations at Azul Sensatori range from $187 to $560 (excluding Presidential Suites), including the Gourmet Inclusive experience. Rates are per person, per night.

Azul Fives Hotel by Karisma – opening Dec. 1, 2008 in Playa del Carmen, offers families glamorous two- and three-bedroom Penthouse Suites (1,300 - 1,500 sq. feet) will accommodate up to eight people, separate living rooms, fully equipped kitchens with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, powder room, and master bathroom with rainforest shower, and more. Azul Fives’ ultra-chic design, opulent ambiance, and decadent amenities were tailored with a wide variety of guests in mind. In addition to our signature Gourmet Inclusive indulgences, guests will be able to relax in the largest suites in Riviera Maya and take a dip in the largest pool in Playa Del Carmen.

The signature Gourmet Inclusive plan includes accommodations as selected, all meals at any of Azul Fives’ gourmet restaurants, all local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and juices, 24 hour room service, Kids Club (4 years – 12 years), fitness center, sauna and steam room, DVD rental menu, kids menu available, snorkeling and kayaking, concierge, all taxes and gratuities, and daily and special nightly entertainment and live music.

Including the Gourmet Inclusive experience, rooms at Azul Fives range from $360 for a Deluxe Suite to $2,183 for a three bedroom Penthouse Suite accommodating up to eight people, including the Gourmet Inclusive experience.

There are no rules about playing with food on a vacation at Azul Hotels by Karisma, as there is a wide selection of spa treatments for kids including Chocolate Massages. The 50 minute Chocolate Massage will provide all the fun without the consequences for children as they enjoy a unique mixture of pure chocolate and almond oil that not only revitalizes the skin and replaces lost nutrients, but also has a positive affect on their mental state and brings about good humor.
