Post yours in our comments section!

Here is one of my favorite recipes!

Shanda's Chicken Cordon Bleu (I can't take full credit, not sure where I got the recipe)

Flatten 4 boneless chicken breasts

Then take 4 slices of regular ham and 4 slices of swiss cheese.

Lay them on top of each other and put them on top of the flattened chicken breast.

Roll them up and secure with toothpicks.

Then roll them in flour and paprika. (until coated)

Then in a deep pan melt 6 tablespoons of butter. (Yeah! This is not fat free)

When butter is melted add chicken rolls and brown on all sides. (medium heat)

Once they are all brown on all sides, turn down flame slightly.

Add 1-1/2 cups of white cooking wine and one chicken boullion cube.

Simmer until chicken is cooked all the way through. Approx 20 mins.

Then take a small carton of heavy whipping cream and add a tablespoon of

corn starch to the carton and shake it up real good. Set aside.

Then remove chicken from the pan and turn pan drippings into gravy (I am talking the best gravy ever) I am addicted.

Add the heavy whipping cream/corn starch mixture to the pan drippings.

Bring to a low boil until gravy thickens.

Thats it! Drown your chicken in the gravy and chow down!!! YUMMY!

Let me know what you think! Remember to leave us a recipe!

Hi, sorry I'm late. I meant to type this up the other day when you first posted it but life sometimes gets in the way. I am from South Florida so I'm going with something of a local flair with key lime juice in it. Sorry it's not a healthy treat, but yummy nevertheless.

Super Key Lime Pie

1/4 cup of lemon juice
1/4 cup of key lime juice
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 pkg. of chocolate instant pudding
milk to mix the pudding
1 small tub of whipped topping
1 graham cracker pie crust

Mix first three ingredients together. Then, fold in whipped topping. Mix the instant pudding and pour about a 1/2 inch layer of the pudding in the pie crust. Spread the key lime mixture into the graham cracker pie crust and chill a couple hours before serving.
